Open Positions:
Landscape Foreman
Starting Pay: $30/hr
Location: Southern Virginia & surrounding areas
What You'll Do:

Oversee and participate in the installation of landscape & hardscape features including, but not limited to patios, retaining walls, walkways and outdoor kitchens.

Set daily priorities and manage project schedules.
Work independently and as part of a crew. -
Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members.

Teach and mentor crew members while staying open to learning new techniques.

Read site plans, take measurements, and assist in layout and project planning.

Track and manage the use of materials and tools.
What We're Looking For:

Creativity and a passion for building outdoor spaces.

Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

Basic construction knowledge (understands measurements, can operate basic tools).

Ability to manage and lead others respectfully and effectively.

Someone who can teach, can learn, and cares about craftsmanship.
Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction is a plus — but we’ll teach our workflow and standards to the right person.
